Lollypop Uniforms is a new and innovative way of fundraising for schools. The idea was born out of the budget cuts that have taken place in education and it has grown massively in popularity since it’s inception. Lollypop believe in offering something back to the schools they work with giving them 10% of all uniform sales.
Emma from Lollypop came to me with an idea and a name, she had an open mind and left the rest to me. I spurred her for information and found out she had a bit of a “gra” for giraffes, she wanted the logo child friendly and so I thought “perfect!”
I played around with this idea and the name lollypop. The pattern on a giraffe gave me the perfect excuse to put lollypops on his coat and then of course I couldn’t have the little fella go hungry so I put a lollypop in the logotype and gave the little giraffe a tongue to lick it. The result was a fun and friendly logo, which seems to be going down well with adults and children alike.
